This happened back in February, I had no idea what was happening since my friend wasn't seeing the same offers. This lasted about 4 weeks for me and eventually tapered off into the normal +1 and +2.

I've seen posts about dash offering drivers more if they stop dashing to try and lure you back in, I was making $50-80 an hour during those times which is absolutely nuts for this area and I imagine any area. Almost none of it was tips. I was just spamming 1-3 mile city orders for no-tippers and making out like a bandit.
