Just received this email today (I left a video complaint ~1.5 weeks ago when all of my customizations dropped and I was unable to get them back). Anyone know how much the credit will be?

This is what I chose yesterday and I wanted to change #4 and all my customizations are gone!!! They are OOS on most of these. What do I do
