.509 purple camshaft gives it the chop

So the surprise was a 440. Got my baby back home on July the 9th, and yes, the very next day I was at Carlisle with it, very long process. This was supposed to be a project replacing the freeze plugs on the old 383, and now 3 months later, ended up with a 440. The 440 is fully rebuilt, .509 purple camshaft, high rise intake, 750 Holley with vacuum secondaries.

Make your guess what is under this blanket, I took this picture a couple weeks ago. I'll make a follow up post to let you guys know if your answer was correct!!

Since I pulled my 383 out, my mom and I made a decision to clean and paint the engine bay. My best friend helped us out as well in this project (Another buddy helped me on pulling the 383 out)
