I started on zepbound 7/2/25. I weighed 267. Today I woke up to 162.8. I feel and look better at 50 than I did at 30 ❤️

I have never before, in my life, liked a swimsuit. And I love this one 😊

Went to my family reunion yesterday. I can’t even count the number of people who didn’t even recognize me. Talking about how I’ve lost a whole person lol

100 pounds down.

When I started this journey a year ago I was so pessimistic. It didn’t happen right away and I got discouraged. Didn’t think I’d make it to Onederland, let alone that 100 pound landmark.

But here I am. Woke up today to the scale showing me 100 pounds lost. Forty more to go to goal.

Surreal to say the least. So thankful for this medicine.

Few projects from today 😊

First ever attempt at a deity roll.

Trying this again since my last post got deleted.

Started on 7/2/25 at 260 pounds although my all time high was 267. Today I am 169.2

Starting out I had my doubts. First month I don’t think I lost a single pound. Now I have 40 more to go and I’ll hit goal.
😁 sorta surreal…

One year ago I took my first shot of Zepbound. I was skeptical to say the least. Here I am a year later and about 40ish pounds from my goal.

Started at 267 and today i woke up at 173 and some change. I turned 50 in February and I look better and feel better than I did at 30.

Here’s to staying the course and getting that last 40 pounds off. 😮‍💨

Four more. Thinking I may be getting somewhere

Did a few shirts a couple weeks ago. Was trying to get a blue and gold spiral for a design for my sister. Didn’t like the way it came out so I re tied it and re dyed it.

I hurt my back. Weekend before Memorial Day. I was off work for a week. Didn’t walk the dogs or get my steps in. Pain pills had me backed up. I’m up 7 pounds. 7!! Wtf. I also was questioning the effect of my dose this past week. Felt like nothing at all so now I’m thinking I might need to go up a dose again. I have 50 pounds to go to get to goal and I’m sitting here starving. 😔 2 more days til shot day - considering taking it early.

Just ranting to people who understand. Pic to remind me how far I’ve come.

Is there anything I can do to keep the stray cat in the neighborhood out of my flowers? They’ve been torn up twice now and I don’t know if they’ll even make it now 😕

Got the whole fam to stand still for a second to take a pic. Trying to get a few before the old lady crosses the 🌈 bridge. She just turned 10!! But she’s also struggling with the things that happen to a dane at the end of their life cycle.
