Every other heartbeat - hurts so bad

My wife has had PVCs since March, 9% burden. Had an ablation at the end of may. Unfortunately they couldn't get the spot they needed to because it was too close to the main artery and the doctor said we could try again at a different time but they would need another cardiac doctor in the room in case the artery slams shut because of the heat.... so he got as close as he could. Says he has performed over 3,300 procedures.

People talk about their pvcs on here and they talk about how bad they are, and they get a dozen an hour and it's so terrible. 12 in an hour?, that would be AMAZING!! She'll go for days and won't have any (confirmed with an ECG apple watch) and some days, like today, they are every other beat, for hours (sometimes 6 hours), and she feels like she is going to die because her heart literally hurts so bad. She will cry in pain for hours. She's cut out all caffeine, never a nicotine user, exercises moderately (which doesn't seem to trigger anything), and eats good (in shape). We have no idea what the triggers are, but that seems pretty normal with PVC.

She's tried all sorts of meds. The doctor says they are just for symptom control and won't actually fix the PVC. They all make her groggy, and moody, and the quality of life on all of the meds suck. The only one she hasn't tried is Flecainide, but the side effects seem so bad (which include accidentally overdose/death) and still carries risk of mood issues which makes every day unbearable. Her body is very temperamental to meds regarding mood due to hashimotos, so we try our best avoid meds with those side effects because the outcome is usually not better than the problem we're trying to solve.

I don't know what I'm looking for here but if anyone has any tips/tricks, that would be great. Not sure if we'll every try the "risky" ablation since the risk is artery closure (essentially a heart attack) and I'm not sure either of us are ready to risk death over this. She does use ice packs on her chest when she's having a real bad episode that seems to help a tad.

Laptop with w11, can't adjust brightness due to drivers, 3rd party apps maybe?? .... help

I have an older cf-54 toughbook that was repurposed and has windows 11 on it, clean install. Unfortunately, panasonic only supports up to windows 10. I could try and put it back to 10, but I'd screw something up. Because of this, my screen brightness is always at 100%. It's like staring at the sun. Will a third party app like Monitorian allow it to work, or because the drivers are likely messed up, will it still not work? For more info, when I click the monitor adjustment keys, the slider moves, but the brightness never changes. It's either at 100% or if I slide it all the way down, it turns the LED off so I can barely see the screen. So it's all or nothing, which is horrible...... ideas? (the toughbook group didn't have any ideas)....

I have a small pool, 700 gallons (lack of space for a full size so bear with me). It's basically a hot tub, minus the HOT. I recently opened it, I had kept about 150 gallons in it over the winter, winterized before closing. Last year it was crystal clear all summer. This year, i filled it up and saw it was a little cloudy. We have great city water, didn't have any issues last year. I Set up my filter (brand new sand, same as last year, ran it until it was clear, then hooked it up to the pool). I have a 2800 gph sand filter (turns the water over 4x/hr). Added a large initial dose of algaecide, clarifier, and have the kept the chlorine HIGH. I do the math and follow the dosing on the bottles for the correct gallons.

I keep getting these bubbles on top. They look harmless and white, but when I net them (see photos), they have streak of algae coloring. I have had this pump on 24/7 for 3 days. During this time I have added a small splash of shock in the morning, and a couple caps of algaecide (after the initial dose) at night. And a cap of clarifier.

I have posted my test results via photo of strip test. Everything looks ideal, the chlorine is purposely high. I know liquid is probably better, but for now this is what i have.

Why won't this clear? Every thing I've read and watch said with the chlorine high, plus algaecide, this should clear in 24-48 hours. Thats for a full size pool. This water is turning over 4x/hr and I'm about 72 hours into this and its still not clear. The water is still 55ish degrees F, if that matters.

Why won't this thing break free and get clear? The water sits so high I don't have a skimmer, and can't use a skimmer. I've tried the ones that go over the edge of the intex style pools but they sit too low, even after modification, to work.

I say drain it and do it over, my wife says save the water. I have a few days left before I give up. Thanks

Obvioulsy there are videos'a'plenty online of people using video recording glasses. Some videos are quite long, yet the specs for these specs (see what I did there?) say something like 3 minutes record time, then you have to start recording again. The 10 or 15 minute videos appear seamless. Is this all done in post editing, or is there a hack or a certain glasses that can just record normally without the 3 minute restrictions?

Does anyone know where to find a driver to help with this? I only have full brightness or backlight off. There is no longer an in-between. I'm guessing a driver is missing with the W11 Pro install.
