Is it worth or allowed asking to wear earphones as a cleaner?

I've been working as a morning cleaner for the past week. I'm autistic and this is my first job in over a year, I don't have a lot of work experience and am very socially awkward and uncomfortable. I find myself completing tasks just fine but I feel pressured by other cleaners to get stuff done by a certain time and in a certain way. I've been feeling easily overwhelmed and feel like listening to music while working would help ease my mind and help me stay calm. I work 7-9 in the morning and am aware that customers come in when we open from 8am but I don't have much experience in asking for accommodations like this and I don't want to burden anybody. I already feel like I'm not doing the job good enough based on how some cleaners are with me sometimes. Just wondering if there were any autistic employees who have asked for certain accommodations, thank you!

How to unregister/tell recruitment agency that I no longer wish to find jobs through them?

I recently applied for a school cleaner job online and got a call from a recruitment agency about it. In order to potentially have this job, I had to register with the recruitment agency and pay to get my DBS certification due to the fact it is initially a temporary job. I uploaded my documents and verified them with them. My DBS arrived yesterday and I forwarded it to them thinking we can finally get this hiring process going when I received a call this morning from them saying the position had already now been filled but they'll still send out my info to places they think I'll be interested in.

I didn't want this. I registered with them thinking the process of getting this one job in particular had started as the person I spoke to on the phone mentioned sorting out a start date once they knew and confirmed to the school that I had my DBS. I went through all this trouble and effort and now I'm not going ahead with what I thought was happening. This is the first time I've been involved with a recruitment agency and perhaps this is all just a miscommunication and misunderstanding but now I don't want them to have my information and I want to continue to look for jobs myself like I had been doing prior. I do not want the agency involved.

How do I unsubscribe/unregister with this agency and ask for them to remove my data, documents and info? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
