I've had my Baofeng UV-5R for a couple months now, and I am very impressed with it's 2m repeater performance, though as expected it's hard to make a simplex contact with ~5w. I took it to my local park today, and I turned it on, and I noticed there was a weird frequency on the lower "B" channel. It was out of my allocations (333 MHz is out of the 1.25 meter, and 70cm band limits), so I obviously didn't try to transmit on it, but I also noticed almost all of the lights indicating options for the radio were lit, as you can see in the video. This leads me to believe it's some sort of factory setting, and although I did go into chirp to get a couple settings changed (welcome message, etc...), I don't remember doing anything with frequency range. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been meditating almost my entire life, since I was four, and after recently converting, I am excited to celebrate my first Vesak. It is quite hard being Buddhist in my current location ,as it it quite uncommon here. For example a couplle minutes after taking this image, I was told "You've never meditated a day in your life". I don't really mind, as I think opinions should be taken with a grain of salt, but either way, I hope you have a great Vesak Day.
