I ordered the Low Lift Al-Pastor Beef bowls this week. Going to make it tonight or tomorrow. Anyone made this yet?

I’m asking because the AI slop picture below does not show the random coleslaw/pineapple/guacamole mix in the recipe. The pictures show the pineapple cooked with the beef.

I’m not at all excited about this one and will probably adjust the steps.
