I thought it would be wise to post this here so that access to this information would be much easier to find for those people that are searching for ways to play Kane & Lynch: Dead Men Fragile Alliance.

This mod lifts many of the restrictions placed on multiplayer lobbies, giving you greater control over how games are created and played. It allows you to modify lobbies across modes such as Fragile Alliance, Link Play, and System Link, while also letting you customize settings like the number of players, match duration, and number of rounds. 

This also makes it possible to play Fragile Alliance by yourself, opening up new ways to experience the game's multiplayer modes without being limited by the original lobby requirements.
