Steam deck Valhalla mod

First time doing mods and I'm trying to get the Valhalla mod to work on my steam deck and I'm getting this error on launch. I downloaded everything it asked for and added it to vortex. Here are some photos of the error and the mod list in vortex.

I tried to upload the photos but it won't let me ):

The error says:

SKSE64 Loader

You are using a newer version of skyrim than this version of skse64 supports.

If this version just came out please be paitent while we update our code.

Runtime: 1.6.1170

SKSE64: 2.2.5

Got Lifetime premium for one of my mods reaching 30k downloads?

I've not see this before, so it's news to me. When did they start doing this?

Edit: Annoyingly it was one of my least creative and low effort mods, I've made entire overhauls and my most download was a damn CBBE conversion from 10 years ago when I was a horny teenager.

How does pro work?

Hey everyone, I was thinking about paying for one month of Premium to install mod packs for The Witcher 3, Skyrim, and Fallout. However, I'm not sure if the mods will still work after installing them and canceling the subscription?

And for the mods to work, do I always have to launch the game from Nexus, or can I open it directly from Steam?

What are the risks of cloning original Skyrim voices to translate Nexusmod mods?

Good evening, I'm translating some Skyrim mods, including voices, and I'd like to publish them on Nexusmods. Since I'm hearing conflicting opinions, I'd like to get more opinions. Is there any legal risk involved? They're not nsfw mods.

Finally made a mod list, check out the beta!

After years of toying around with the concept, after being invited to be a part of the ElderTeej project (another shameless plug sorry not sorry)
I finally had the support system and knowledge needed to make a modlist that I think people will enjoy.

Presenting The Old Kingdom - A Wabbajack Modlist

Like dark fantasy? Miss the weirdness of former Elder Scrolls games? Ever wondered what it would be like if M’aiq was cute and snuggly? Boy do I have the modlist for you.

I teamed up with u/elongated_argonian who is the other lead dev and took the idea of what if Morrowind and Oblivion had a baby and ran with it. We also decided to pay tribute to some of our other favorite RPGs like Dark Messiah, Fable, and sprinkled in some of the identity of New Vegas to create a wonderfully dark and beautiful immersion list.

Check out our mod page on the Nexus for the full load order and gameplay details as that is where it will be hosted until our 1.0 launch when we put it up on the Wabbajack UI

DO NOT USE 2.0 UPDATE. FILLED WITH BUGS

broken links, annoying notifications, failed collection/mod downloads (THE LITERAL POINT OF USING IT), categories appearing blank, failed launches. The old vortex worked (almost) flawlessly, and this new update brings nothing but a shiny UI and bug galore.

Your access to Nexus Mods has been temporarily suspended

I see this message. It's happened the same thing with two different people two years ago.

"Your access to Nexus Mods has been temporarily suspended due to an abnormally high number of requests coming from your IP address. We do this to protect our services from malicious users and, more specifically, DDoS attacks.

This suspension will automatically lift so please try again in 10 minutes. Please do not contact us about this issue."

And upon loading up vortex, it says that "Authentication failed, please log in again". The problem is that i can't log in/off the account. And it also says that mine OAuth token has either expired or have been revoked.

I don't have any mods in download or something. It was fine until I receives this. Am I cooked? I don't have Wabbajack. I don't remember if I download mod packs.

The only problem is that I can't log out and log back in nexus and its forums.

Path of the prophet, but might just be an enderal windows 11 issue. Neither fullscreen nor borderless window work

I just reinstalled the game and modpack on my new windows 11 gaming rig, before this I had both on my old windows 10 pc and they worked fine. Now on my new pc, I can't get the game to launch full screen or borderless windowed. It's always in a weird offset window where the taskbar is visible along with the left edge of the window if I move my cursor too far to the left my actual mouse appears again. How can I fix this? Here is a screenshot, ignore paint in the foreground, I needed something else open in front to be able to capture a screenshot that shows it.

Edit: Solved. Change the ini for the sse display tweaks mod by changing #fullscreen=false to fullscreen=true and removing the pound symbol.

I hate nothing more than when a game releases an update and all the mods stop working.

7dtd released an update yesterday, and of course 50 percent of the mods no longer work—the game crashes as soon as I open it. My current world is stuck in a loop where I can’t get out of it, even with the mods disabled. Can anyone tell me how to install an older version on Steam, or what else I can do? I really don’t want to lose this world—I’ve had it for 4 months now, and I’ve really a lot of work into it. Thanks in advance to everyone.

Vendor Required for Premium Payments has been blacklisted

Last time I bought premium for Nexus mods was in March 2025, since then a lot has changed with Paddle, the vendor required for processing premium payments. Paddle is banned by my bank due to its role in "Unfair Payment-Processing Practices and Facilitation of Deceptive Tech-Support Schemes"

Source - https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2025/06/paddle-will-pay-5-million-settle-ftc-allegations-unfair-payment-processing-practices-facilitation

Under the settlement filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Paddle is:

  • Permanently banned from processing payments for tech-support companies engaged in telemarketing or using pop-up security messages;
  • Prohibited from helping deceptive merchants or attempting to circumvent fraud monitoring systems;
  • Required to implement robust merchant screening, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activity to payment-service providers;
  • Required to obtain consumers’ express informed consent for subscriptions and provide a simple cancellation process.

So unless these dudes find another vendor to do business with, I can't buy the premium membership. Anyone else run into this problem? I can't be the only one dude.
