GTA V won't launch

I'm Soo stuck. I've been trying to play GTA V for a week but both FitGirl and DODI repacks are failing to launch.

I've already tried all the available solutions on the internet like turning off real-time protection, adding the folder to exclusions, and tried running the .bat file or adding nobattleye in target. When I try running it through CMD, there as well nothing happens at all, it just blankly closes with no error code. Launching normally gives me different random errors.

Has anyone dealt with this? I'm attacking screenshots of the error

Looking for Laptop within 120-130k

What specs should look for in a laptop within a 120-13Ok budget? My main priorities are software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other simulation tools. I'm also quite a heavy multitasker. I don't game much but l'd still like something that can handle Occasional gaming smoothly and I'm looking in isb/rwp
