Since I’ve been attempting to find a flat out answer, I’ve been getting stuff such as “Base 64” or “Base 62”, but I’m thinking it’s a google doc. I’ve tried putting it into a google doc, and it sure does say “Sorry, unable to open file at this time” meaning that either this is just by coincidence, or it’s the URL that holds the information that Derek said. So far, I’ve gotten so close just now, I’ll toon back in once I can open this doc if I’m able to :)

My friend is a part of a cult where they worship the leader (at least from what I have put together, I'm no professional, but I'm trying to help my friend.) through acts of sacrifice in blood and murder. I'm worried for my friend's current health and what might happen by tomorrow, this cult started at their school and has progressed for years. My friend, who I’ll refer to as S is currently in what they call a cult.

The leader (who I’ll refer to as Z) has consistently threatened to harm S’s friends, including me and a few others. The leader wants to find out where we live, our users, and anything revealing about us (likely in pursuit of trying to come in person to physically harm us, or dox us online in some manner). My friend has attempted to find a way to leave the cult, but is much too afraid to actually try, they’re afraid of being physically harmed or worse, killed.

friend has talked to me about it today, believing that the only way to leave this cult is for all of the cultists to die (including themself). S’s friend yesterday had confronted me, asking if I knew anything about the cult from my friend S, I tried to say ”no” while the other person seemed skeptical about my response. I'm not sure what my friend will try to do next, but I'm searching for advice from other people, I've been thinking of calling the police to their area/school to attempt to get the leader of the cult arrested.

I'm so sorry if this doesn't seem like a cult, since I've not took too much research into cults until now (plus because I'm in school, so I don't have much time, still trying to do more research when I can), since I'm worried about my friend. They said it was a cult, but I'm just trying to help them in any way I can.

I know this should probably be in r/cults but I don't have enough karma, since this is my actual first post.

I know that I should probably contact my friend's parents, but their parents are quite dismissive and don't often look into their personal life (or would play it off). I don't mean to be dismissive, I will definitely contact their parents, but I really cannot let my mom know in specific. I do not know my friend (as in I've never met them in person, but I'm aware that they are genuinely young and still in school), since I only met them through a game we're both working on. They just so happened to tell me about things that happened in their school, I know the general area of where they live, but I'm trying to take the least amount of time as I can so they can have a safe plan to leave the cult.
