Adt/Google Home

I have called adt multiple times and contacted google support. How is it possible that adt has control over MY google account and MY cameras that i bought thru amazon, home depot etc. I have been struggling the past 4 days to get this unlinked with no help

Adt cancellation

Spent an hour getting transferred to finally “cancelling” my contract. However there is no indication on my Adt. I called back and asked for a email but the lady just said i will receive something in the mail within 30 days. Adt still shows I owe 2 more monthly payments. Is this something anyone else has dealt with? Do i pay the last two months?
