I have a Beelink Mini S12 Pro (Intel N100 CPU) since March 2025.
I installed Proxmox with two VMs, one for Hassio and one for Frigate.
It's behind a UPS, and the BIOS is set to automatically power back on after a power interruption.
This setup worked correctly for months, and it always rebooted properly after blackouts... until yesterday: there was a prolonged blackout, the UPS couldn't cover the whole duration, and after a while the Beelink shut down; it then powered back on by itself, the LED turned normal blue, but it wasn't showing up on the network.
So I connected a monitor and keyboard and saw it had entered a kind of bootloop, or more precisely, right after POST a menu appears saying "Boot Option Restored" with three options:
If I select "Reset System" (or wait a few seconds without doing anything), the system reboots and the same menu appears again.
Selecting "Continue Boot" or "Always Continue Boot" allows the boot to proceed, Proxmox loads and everything works normally, until the next reboot.
More precisely: a software reboot works fine, but any other power-on (whether following a software shutdown, a power outage, or otherwise) always brings me back to the initial bootloop!
I also discovered that the BIOS doesn't save the "Resume After G3" setting: whether I set it to S0 or S5, after every shutdown it reverts back to S5.
I disabled "Quiet Boot", but I still can't find any error messages.
Again, this problem only appeared after yesterday morning's power interruption.
Any suggestion??
In casa ho un interruttore Vimar con una spia che si accende quando il circuito è chiuso (comanda i fari in giardino).
Siccome la spia si è bruciata, ho smontato il frutto e ho visto che non è integrata nell'interruttore ma è indipendente; è un piccolo led con due fili: la fase è collegata all'interruttore e il neutro esce dal corrugato e non trovo giunture, In pratica, come la sostituisco? Sembra un pezzo unico con il corpo di plastica e non si riesce a sfilare.
