So, I am an idiot and bought a whole 26 oz can of diced jalepenos thinking they were milder green chiles. What do? Would you use them the same way but a but spicier, or are there better ways to lean into what they are meant for?

Also: I am cooking for one, but I am happy to freeze a lot for future me.
