Day 1 Post Op

I envy those that have a good ride post op. I’m about 36 hours post op after male chest lift, 360 body lift, mr and lipo and I’m in terrible pain.
If I could go back in time, I would… big regrets atm 😢

Part 1 done

After 11 months I’ve finally reached my goal… MJ has been a brilliant tool for me and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help it’s given me.
I started at 336lbs (1st 3 pics) Down to 236lbs (2nd 3 pics) and finally hit 205lb goal (3rd 4 pics)
Now on to the tummy tuck and maintenance.
Keep up the great work everyone 👍🏻

It’s my turn…

Almost 11 months to the day and on Monday it’s my turn to go under the knife.
I’m booked in for a 360 body lift with muscle repair, 4 sites of Lipo on midsection and a male chest lift with Vaser lipo.
Last September I weighed in at 336lbs (first 3 pictures). I was down to 236lbs (2nd 3 pictures) and the last 4 pictures show me on Monday at 205lbs.
It’s been one hell of a ride and I’m looking forward to the rewards of having my loose skin reduced.
I can’t say I’m not terrified, but I’m excited too.
It’s a great community here. Thank you 🙏

Male, 53 and terrified by what’s to come

Hey all,

After a 10 month weight loss journey which has seen me shed 130lbs, Ive taken the plunge and booked in a 360 body lift with 4 areas of standard lipo, MR and a male chest fit with Vaser lipo. The surgery takes place in 3 weeks.

To say I’m anxious and potentially regretting this decision would be a massive understatement… I’m actually terrified.

The operation and being put under holds no fear at all. My fear revolves around the post op pain and healing.

A few good news stories would be most welcome right now.

Thanks in advance
