Scheduled for Monday but on vacation the week prior

So I’ve been on vacation, and they sent me the schedule for this week, says I’m supposed to work Monday, no text asking if I’d be available to work Monday, no call, no nothing, just a schedule, I’m supposed to fly in Monday morning, is that allowed to schedule me for a extra shift without asking me? I knew peak season 6 day was mandatory but not this

Is it true sups aren’t allowed to help you?

I was told multiple times by my sups that they can’t help me when I’m getting slammed and it becomes a hazard.

Like yesterday, I had several massive over weight boxes ( roughly 20 ) zero room to move and couldn’t get them on the truck quick enough and pull my stuff for my other trucks ( I load 3 trucks, all of which usually have anywhere from 270 to 450 pieces each) and my supervisor told me they weren’t allowed to help. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s honestly getting ridiculous. I’m sure others have had a similar experience. Just looking for some input or suggestions. I don’t want to get injured over a place so damn stupid because someone has no desire to help
