Three guys coming to Cartagena in October. Looking for recommendations on good areas to stay (hotel or Airbnb), restaurants with great food and a nice view, and the best beach with clear blue water and a good vibe. Also, where’s the best place to rent a jet ski? What’s the best way to get around Uber, taxis, etc.? Where are the best places to party/nightlife? And any tips on staying safe, especially at night? Finally, is it worth spending 2 days in Medellín, or should we just stay in Cartagena for the whole trip? Any recommendations are appreciated!
