Goodbye TPT. You were a good firm once... It's been going downhill for a long while. Holding people when moving to PRO, the new shitty DEV program, restricting sizing, reducing drawdown, giving people something different than what we paid for... been an absolute mess. And the withdrawals in PRO+ are not even close to same day processing. So at best, it's just one more firm now... goodbye.
Trying to get real answers from people actually trading the current 2026 Lucid accounts (LucidPro / LucidFlex under the new structure, not the old legacy setup).
Lucid's help center says you enter the "live review pool" at Payout 5 — but it also says transitions can be triggered by "significant lifetime capital paid out" or "exceptional performance in sim funded," all at the risk team's discretion. So on paper, the move to live isn't strictly tied to the 5th payout — it can apparently happen sooner.
What I'm trying to figure out from people who've actually lived it:
Reason I'm asking: I'm running multiple funded accounts and working toward payouts, and I want to understand how much runway there actually is before the discretionary live move kicks in — because once it does, sim accounts close and everything resets to $0.

Four weeks ago my PRO accounts went "on hold" to transition to PRO+ Development. They still haven't been created. The thing I'm waiting on literally doesn't exist yet.
Every support reply is the same copy-paste: "high volume, we're working on it, be patient, don't open multiple tickets." Meanwhile my profit sits frozen — can't withdraw it (held as buffer), can't trade it (no PRO+ account exists). My money, locked for a month, no timeline.
And I'm clearly not alone — there are already multiple posts here from people stuck in the exact same spot, waiting weeks on PRO+ Development with the same non-answers.
Then TPT sends a polished email about a "more streamlined way to communicate" — new chat routing, docs via SignNow to your email. So they've got the bandwidth to build and announce a nicer way to tell us to wait, but not to actually create the accounts. And those docs they promised to email? Never showed up. Accounts still don't exist.
For anyone who actually went through the PRO+ Development transition:
One heads up: this thread will probably get a few "got mine in 2 days, zero issues" replies. Take those with a grain of salt unless there's real detail — accounts, dates, specifics. Vague "no problems here" posts on a thread full of people reporting weeks-long waits are worth reading critically. Draw your own conclusions.
