I can't stand these rules

This shit is so fucking annoying Ive passed so many fucking evals and getting to a payout has been nothing but stressful, but getting passed evals is so easy, These stupid fucking 5 days of X amount of money a day to get the money you already worked for is such a scummy predatory rule made to make people take small trades just to hit a small target, so I think "Why not do daily payouts and bypass that, smaller but more consistent payouts" NOPE Intraday DLL. Like holy fucking shit Just give me my fucking money I've done everything, I studied, I got my strategy, I followed all my rules, I followed all YOUR rules, I paid the tuition over and over again I passed your fucking Evals What else do I need to do??? Now with Intraday even when I take a great trade, follow my rules and I MAKE A PROFIT I still fucking lose???

Can anyone explain the consistency rule to me on 50k flex eval?

I understand that 50% of the 3k needed to pass the eval is the max you can make in one day. What does it mean that my consistency is -13675% though? Am I screwed completely? I dug myself out of a $1600 hole from Monday where I completely went away from my strategy and started chasing. I made it back these last 2 days and now my consistency is wild.

Just looking to make sure this account isn’t dead or and that as long as I have modest ~$500 gains each day until 3k going forward I’ll be okay. Thank you!

FULLPORT !

I used to trade the evals carefully and that pressure just made me breach them, i didn’t believed it before but the best way to pass any evals is to fullport it.
I bought 4 new evals as i have 2 existing funded accounts.

On the first day traded them each and made $1500 50% done, then on next day passed two of them.
So currently having 4 funded with 2 evals with 50% target in backup.

Just don’t pressure yourself, this is something i’m still struggling on funded accounts.
Learning to trade them as evals hopefully i will.

I’m quitting I give up

25+ evals in 2 fundeds no payout it feels like every time I make a trade it goes against me immediately rarely ever does it go into my favor. Bias almost always is correct though it usually stops me out right before going back up. I tried the putting limit orders at my stop loss too idk if it’s just been really bad this month or what but these candle wicks are brutal I dam near give up I’m too deep into it though I wanna make my 2k back. I could just be a dick head and charge back and get banned from all the props I tried evals on. It feels like highway robbery on top of that every time I get stopped out it’s by a huge random wick which then slippage happened and it fills me 20-$50 past my SL. Sum bullshit I get it if it’s every once and a while but EVERY time I get stopped out it slips past this wasn’t happening before idk wtfk is going on im done dumping money into something that never shows returns . Yes I have a strategy and I know about following the rules yadadadada idk how people are trading this price action it’s terrible fuck trading might as well gamble at a casino might have better luck then this stupid choppy market. Also YES I’m trading certain sessions not just randomly trading before anybody says sum smart ass shit

The Strangest Trading Day I’ve Ever Had: +$7,500, Then -$6,000 🤯

What a strange day… 😂

Initially, I closed my account on mobile and went out for a walk. And honestly, I had absolutely no idea about the massive rally in Gold.

Came back to my desk to do some journaling, checked the account… and somehow I was +$4,500. 😳

Closed that position and then started reading about the consistency rule. That’s when I realized I needed to bring my consistency under 50%, so I figured I had to take some losses to balance things out.

Took a short position…

+ another $3,000. 🤦‍♂️

So now I’m sitting at around +$7,500 for the day.

At that point, I literally had to stop, hold my thoughts, and start again mentally. 😂

I eventually did some scalps with 2 lots and managed to give back around $6,000, which finally brought me back within the required consistency levels.

So, in the end:

+$7,500 profit → -$6,000 given back → consistency back under control.

I know this probably sounds completely backwards, but today was honestly one of the strangest trading days I've had.

The crazy part is that I wasn't even sitting at the charts when the big Gold move happened. I came back later and found myself up thousands.

Definitely a day that taught me something about both the market AND the psychology of trading under prop firm rules.

I've attached both screenshots for context.

Has anyone else ever had a day where everything went completely opposite to what you expected? Would love to hear your stories. 😅

LucidFlex $100 minimum required daily profit explanation?

Have I understood the correctly?

So i need a minimum of 5 days where I earn $100 or more on a 25k account.

I guess this applies only to the funded stage.

So for someone like me that does 1:1 RR and is planning to risk $50 per trade this won’t work right? If i take 1 trade a day

The market F me again

I passed my eval for the 3th time this year ( did 11 totall) and every f..n time i go funded the market kicks me in the nuts. How you guys control this? I was just aiming for a ridiculous low 500 dollar to get 50% withdraw and it just wont tap. What a b..tch..

Terrible trading month for me

Just posting because im frustrated with my trading. I blew 2 funded accounts after getting 4 total payouts and now blew 6 eval accounts in 1 week.. i reset 2 this week. Lol im halfway to get to the max loss limit. Im Doneee for august. Is this what people experience after getting payouts? Maybe it’s me rushing things to get funded again. I should take a break again. Super frustrating.

I bought 5x 25k accounts bcos it was $50. And then on tradeify 1x 50k which was $99. And reset 2x 25k. That’s $450 spent for me. Im going to recover this amount and go back without blowing the remaining 2 accounts. Some months are like this and some months i have green streak no red. We live and we learn. Next time i’ll be a better loser. Need this feeling cleared up first. Im so mad at myself haha

In my mind it’s just so easy to get $250 a day to get the 1,250 profit goal for 1 week. I tried to do $625 for 1 trade but guess what, this wasn’t the market for my strategy lol. Im joking myself here. HAHA

June/July $78,708 in payouts. Over 180k+ Feb to July.

Mainly base hits using ifvg as entry and targeting draws on liquidity.
I've also developed an indicator for myself that cuts most of the work by 90% and delivers high probability trades.

Working on automation for this indicator so don't have to look at the charts ever.

June $37,488

July $41,420

My P&L for july across multiple accounts is also posted.

Two payouts for this week!

Slowly getting more consistent with getting payouts every week! Hope to continue doing so with Lucid haha. These are payouts from $50k Lucid Flex accounts. Not really trying to go for max payouts and just taking payouts whenever possible!

Last payout

Little by little, I’m becoming even more consistent. This is my 3rd payout in a month, I’m going to keep doing exactly what I’m doing, without setting any payout goals just focusing on understanding the market better and improving every day. These are 5 × 50K Flex accounts

Looking to build a Discord for profitable futures traders

I’m looking to put together a small Discord/community of profitable futures traders, mainly focused on NQ, although I’d also be interested in traders who specialise in GC or other futures markets.

The idea is not to create another signal group. I want a place where genuinely profitable traders can share:

  • Market ideas and daily bias
  • Concepts and strategies
  • Setups and what we’re seeing in the market
  • Backtesting ideas
  • Trade reviews and mistakes
  • Different ways of looking at the same market

I think there’s a lot of value in having a few traders with different approaches bouncing ideas off each other, rather than everyone blindly following the same strategy.

A bit about me

I’ve been trading for around 2.5 years, and for the past 3 months I’ve been doing it full-time.

I’m completely self-taught. Most of what I’ve learned has come from backtesting, screen time and figuring things out myself rather than following courses or buying strategies from online gurus.

I’m profitable and comfortable with my own trading, but I’m still very interested in learning. My concepts are relatively simple compared to some of the stuff you see online, and I’d like to learn how other genuinely profitable traders approach the market.

I’m not looking for people to teach me how to trade or provide signals. I’m looking for people who are already doing well and want to exchange ideas and potentially learn from each other.

Requirements

The main thing is that you need to be genuinely profitable. I’d like some form of proof before joining — nothing overly invasive, but enough to show that you’re actually trading profitably.

Also:

  • No toxicity or ego
  • No selling courses/signals
  • No "guru" behaviour
  • Willingness to share ideas and have discussions
  • Ideally trading NQ, GC or another futures market

I’d rather have 10 serious traders than 100 random people.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, comment or DM me with a bit about yourself, what you trade and how long you’ve been profitable.

If there’s enough interest, I’ll put the Discord together.

Managed to get a payout in April but just been down hill ever since I blown 12 accounts now I used to be able to pass evals easily and now I can’t even pass one I struggle with revenge trading/greed and just not calling it quits when I’m in profit

u/SpeedIcy8151 — 2 days ago

how can I come back from this consistency to get it under 50% after a losing streak?

I was doing good and I was confident about passing the eval on the lucid daily accounts in just a few days to a week, but I messed up pretty back after mistakenly getting greedy on a trade and ended smacking my SL and got set back.

If anybody can help with advice, it would be much appreciated.
