I'm looking for feedback on what you like most, what you don't like, and what you wish it could do.
Some of the features on the interactive map include:
- Zoning
- Future land use
- FEMA floodplain
- Opportunity Zones
- Schools
- UDOT's average daily traffic
The Parcel Analysis section is still in beta testing. It analyzes if the development of a parcel(s) is financially feasible, legally permissible, and compares it to the market depending on the asset type.
As of now, it only has city and county information for Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties. If you want more cities and counties in or out of Utah, just let me know!
