Been awhile since I’ve hopped back on here, was just wondering what happened to it. Loved that server

I was a little shy, but I think my family would have labeled me as an outgoing kid. I did it to myself after Covid, isolating myself and rarely going out. It caused me to lose a lot of friends. My best friend moved states a couple years ago and whenever I see him, I can’t even hold a normal conversation. It breaks my damn heart cause I care so much about people and have a lot to say, I just can’t seem to find a way to say it. Does anyone have any advice on how I can work on this, not socializing for a long time has put me in a very low spot.
