Hi everyone,

I'm trying to print my photo on a letter-size glossy paper with the settings in the image below:

However, when I hit the print button, it did not print at all, and send me this error:

From what I read on the Canon website, it said the printer supports their GP-701 paper, which is letter-size glossy paper. So if anyone knows what I have to do to fix this problem, I would appreciate it.
