Got a call today that my mammogram was abnormal and I have to go back in for an ultrasound due to changes since my last one. I'm absolutely panicking and terrified. I'm so tired of this horrendous "change in life" doing so many things to my body.

Just received a text from TN DHS about my household being simplified reporting and making sure I report changes. This is a new thing to me, is this just a normal kind of text to receive now? I already have massive anxiety so anything like this makes me start worrying.
