UA Reapply Success Story
Last year I applied for UA and made it to F2F but couldn't get the CJOs. It was my first ever time to apply ever in any airline. I truly still want this career. I plan to reapply after my eligibility period after May 25th, 2026, and wanted to ask people who got hired on their second (or later attempt):
- What do you think helped you improve the second time?
- Did you change your interview style or answers?
- What do recruiters seem to look for most during ODVI/F2F?
- Any advice for someone trying again?
I would really appreciate hearing your success stories because I'm trying not to lose hope.
Thank you so much.
