Need your opinions!

Attached is dashcam footage of an accident i was involved in recently. I was reversing out of a space, saw another car also reversing, stopped, and (unsuccessfully) attempted to shift into first to avoid the collision, but was ultimately hit. My insurance thinks they are at fault, while theirs is maintaining a 50/50 decision. I don't want to use my insurance for the payout because I'd have to pay my $500 deductible and my rates will most likely go up. Should I go the 3rd party arbitration route, or should I just suck it up and use my own insurance? Also-- the other car was a 2022 Chevrolet equinox, which should have a rear backup camera and working proximity sensors. Shouldn't this have an impact on who's at fault here?? Let me know what yall think!!

Clunking noise when cutting wheel to the left

Just a few days ago I left the house and heard a loud clunking when leaving the driveway... it's replicable when stationary. I've checked the swaybar end links, and tried to move the tire back and forth when it's lifted, both to no avail. Any idea what this could be? The car drives fine as far as I can tell but I know this noise can't be good.
