Our family has been to Coronado a handful of times now and it's one of our favorite places during the summer time. We'd like to find a rental, or maybe a family who leaves for the summer, where we could move into a home from late May or early June through early August while the kids are out of school. I'm sure places like this exist and I don't want to pay the astronomical prices from sites like Air BnB. Are there community places where we could find opportunities like this?

Southwest FL. Says there's bacteria growth on the air handler. $1,500 installed, and includes air handler cleaning. Carrier Infinity dual zone system.

Reddit and internet has conflicting reports. No true scientific studies support their effectiveness but anecdotal evidence on here and in real life suggest there's validity and they work. Not sure if that's just the placebo effect.

Anyone have any thoughts or experience?

My sink smells like a pool. Did they put more chlorine in? I know from owning a pool the chlorine smell comes from it killing stuff in the water. Is that what’s happening?

Been seeing a ton of posts on the Smarthome, HomeAssistant, and Ubiquiti subs about network security and ensuring you put IOTs and smart home products on a separate IOT VLAN that can’t access your main VLAN. It’s evident that these devices are the most vulnerable, but what’s the likelihood of an actual attack? And what exactly would or could a bad actor even do if they did hack a smart home device?

Remodeling and looking at adding motorized screens like magnatrack or fenetex. Some say they’re smart home compatible but wanted to know if anyone has experience or recommendations?
