Where can I find option course enrollment form?

I believe we were supposed to be emailed by our respective schools yesterday but didn't receive any emails? Am I meant to look somewhere online? Or has the university just not contacted us yet? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Advice for booking driving test (I know everyone is complaining about this)

Hi, I know for years there have been issues with the backlog of people booking practical tests as well as the bots which book available tests instantly, but still looking for advice

Is it true rebooking apps like testi have now been made illegal so it should be faster without bots booking up tests?

I got up at 5:30 and managed to bypass the main queue, but there were still no available tests at my test centre so I put my test on hold. Id rather not use rebooking apps if possible

So just wanted to confirm will I still be able to get a test since I put it on hold? Will I have to wait a long time? And will I get emailed when there are free slots? As I still haven't received email confirmation even though I've paid and was shown a booking receipt online

edit: and I also don't know whether it's better to switch to a further test centre that has available dates in November or risk staying on hold for the nearer centre

Question about applying for part time job

Hello, I'm a student and I want to get a job over the summer

This is my first time applying for a 'proper' job with a CV and formal application process (I've had jobs before but they've been casual with no contract)

I'm just going to apply to supermarket jobs, and can work from about now until september- however for a about 3 weeks starting at the end of june, I won't be available because I'm travelling and this is planned already

I was going to apply now as I can work for about a month but I told someone this and they immediately said it was a bad idea because of the weeks I'll be travelling, and that they'll not hire me and it will just blow my chances for applying in the future by leaving a bad impression

So is it better to wait until I am back from travelling to apply? Or is there a chance I could still get a job and work before I go (either then having to quit or continuing work when I return)

I would be upfront about this in the interview

Would it make a difference if I said I could take on extra shifts before and after? Or is this just a bad idea
