I’m selling a portfolio of four monetized YouTube channels in the senior health niche.
Together, the 4 channels generated more than $60,000 in revenue over the last 90 days, in the last 28 days only, they did approximately $29,000 per month.
The portfolio is built around one shared operating system: the same trained production team, content workflow, research process, templates and quality standards, with each channel targeting a different senior-health sub-niche.
The four channels focus on:
- Supplements and nutrition for seniors
- Female health after 60
- Fitness and mobility after 60
- Sarcopenia, muscle loss and healthy ageing
This is not one channel dependent on one viral video. It is a diversified media portfolio with four monetized assets and a repeatable system behind them that can be scaled up to 8-10 channels without hiring more team members.

What the buyer receives
The acquisition includes all four monetized channels and the complete operating system used to run them.
That includes:
- The full production team
- Scriptwriting and medical-review workflow
- Voiceover production
- One trained video editor assigned to each channel
- Thumbnail designer
- Topic-research process
- Content and scaling SOPs
- Upload workflow and channel settings
- Production templates
- Previous project files and creative assets
- Title and thumbnail workflow
- Team introductions and handover
- Six months of transition support
- Up to twelve months of Q&A support
The team is already trained on this specific format. A buyer will not need to recruit several freelancers, test them for months or rebuild the production process from scratch.
The channels will continue operating seamlessly during and immediately after handover.
Current operations
The portfolio is currently under-operated.
At the moment, I publish only around two to four total videos per week across the portfolio. This is not because the team lacks capacity. It is because I am personally focused on relocating and building a US-focused product business. I want to exit content creation completely and focus on a real world business.
My main role is choosing topics, reviewing performance and occasionally giving direction on titles, thumbnails and content strategy.
The day-to-day production is handled by the team. My current involvement is generally around one hour per day, depending on the upload schedule.
At the existing upload volume, production-team expenses are approximately $650–$700 per month.
For a buyer who wanted to move toward daily uploads across all four channels, the estimated production-team cost would be around $1,960 per month, based on the team’s current pricing.
The team is based in Egypt, which allows the portfolio to maintain a much lower production cost than an equivalent North American operation.
Content quality
This is not a collection of AI generated videos uploaded with minimal editing.
The videos are generally more than 20 minutes long and are manually edited on Canva using approximately 220–250 visual slides per video. Each video requires several hours of editing.
The content is based on medical studies, PubMed-indexed research and information from established health institutions. Scripts follow an internal research process and are handled or reviewed by a doctor on the team.
The content is designed for seniors and caregivers rather than healthcare professionals. It presents health and ageing topics in a format that is understandable, engaging and suitable for a mainstream YouTube audience.
Growth opportunities
The stated revenue is coming primarily from YouTube advertising.
Several additional revenue opportunities have not been meaningfully developed yet.
Higher upload frequency
The portfolio currently publishes far below the team’s available capacity. A more focused operator could increase output without rebuilding the production infrastructure.
Sponsorships
The channels receives sponsorship and partnership enquiries every day, but I have not properly developed this revenue stream.
Some opportunities have been difficult for me to pursue because I am based in the MENA region and certain brands prefer creators or business owners located in the US, Canada or the UK for product shipping, affiliate arrangements and local partnerships.
A buyer in one of those markets may be better positioned to monetize the existing inbound interest.
Digital products
The audience is also suitable for products such as educational guides, mobility programs, healthy-ageing resources, meal plans or other senior-focused digital products.
I had planned to create and test a digital product but did not have the time to execute it properly.
I am not including speculative digital-product income in the valuation or current revenue figures. It is simply an additional channel that remains untested.
Additional channels
Because the same production workflow already operates across four related sub-niches, the system could potentially be expanded into many additional senior-health categories up to 8-10 channels based on the same team.
The buyer would receive the process and detailed SOP used to research, launch and operate the existing channels, not only the channels themselves.
Why I am selling
I am preparing to relocate and move into a US-focused physical-product business.
The YouTube portfolio remains profitable and continues to grow, but I do not want to divide my attention and capital between two very different businesses.
I would rather sell the portfolio to an operator who wants to focus on media and use the proceeds to fully commit to the next venture.
This is not a distressed sale, and the channels are not being sold because of a collapse in performance. In fact, the past month has been the highest ever in terms of revenue.
Verification
The portfolio has already gone through a review process with a well-known online business marketplace and is currently listed there.

Asking price
The asking price for the complete portfolio is $180,000.
That includes all four channels, the existing production team, workflows, SOPs, templates, project files, assets, training and transition support.
