I’m selling a SaaS project I basically abandoned after launch, which is probably the worst possible marketing strategy, I know! Don't judge me, I've been so distracted, between life's and family's responsibilities, other online ventures, moving..

It launched earlier this year and has had zero paid marketing, yet somehow reached $1,880 ARR, 2,500+ free users, DR 31, thousands of backlinks, and 1.7M+ Google impressions.

The crazy part is how under-monetized it is. There are some pretty obvious wins sitting on the table, especially email marketing, better upgrade funnels, and simply reminding users the product exists. People usually need to see a brand a bunch of times before pulling out their card, and I’ve done basically none of that.

I genuinely think this could skyrocket in the right hands with someone willing to give it the attention it deserves. If only 1% boost in conversion rate is pulled from the existing user-base, the MRR can grow by $250/m, conservatively.

And the brand itself has stupidly good viral potential. It plays on “WTF”, which makes it very TikTok/Gen Z friendly and gives you a lot to work with content-wise.

I built it. Google apparently likes it. I just stopped giving it attention.

Now I’d rather see someone take it and run with it than let it collect digital dust.

Btw, both the VPS + domain are valid till late 2027, which minimizes the running cost big time; only Supabase and Gemini API.
