Order was supposed for wrong item received. I definitely sent the item though obviously inpost can mix up does this mean the buyer removed the issue

Sold an iPad
For spares and repairs I’m now being told to remove my iCloud which is going to take a while to do as I’m locked out of the account hence the iPad wasn’t sold as working….they obviously won’t confirm the order even though they get the iPad as sold which I also think is unfair
