Little update. Got a pair of authentic zen grey’s on the way. Will post an update and do a comparison of the previous reps to really show everyone the issues with the GX/H12 batch.

Also got the soles being shipped right now. Already headed to their next destination, but it might not be until the end of August/ beginning of September for the update on those.

Finally, got a pair of the Air Force 1 ‘01s that have the same last shape as the Yeezys. Am working on getting a good cast of it and building my own last since no one has them, and even rep makers in China are sticking to the old lasts so I had no luck there. (shoutout boring for the assist on that).

But yeah, little update on my part. Will update on the next steps once there’s more to update.

Been doing some research as I wait on the soles to arrive and give y’all an update, and I realized why the Yeezy 1 rep shape is always off, especially with the heel and the toebox. The Yeezy 1 used the same last (shoe shaper) as the OG AF1. Rep makers used the new shape AF1 last which throws off the shape. Now that Nike is retroing the ‘01 shape again, I’m hopeful I can find a last for them. Will keep everyone posted on any news with the shoes.

I’ve decided to do my own pair of Yeezy 1s since it doesn’t look like we’re getting a new batch anytime soon since Boring is retiring. And I like my H12 batch versions, but they have a lot of flaws. I know I can make an accurate pair, but I don’t want to start my own thing knowing people won’t pay how much I’d charge for one-offs. I found a seller selling just the soles though and was planning on ordering a few for me. Wanted to see if anyone else wanted in on this order too. I’m US based so would probably have to be US only for it to be worth it for you, but let me know.
