Snagged this Vulcain Chronograph for 60$. Worth it to restore, or too far gone?

Just as the title says. I am relatively new to the watch world but was pretty pumped to pick this piece up for the price. Seems to have the Valjoux 7730 movement. The crystal is chipped and seems that there’s been some dirt and grime that got onto the dial. When I popped the back, the movement seemed relatively clean and runs to a certain extent.

My question is, is the damage on the dial too much for someone to restore? I assume the watch would need a full overhaul. What price range am I looking at here? Can the watch as a whole be salvaged, or is it too beat up?

Thanks in advance!

My first venture into Xbiking

Picked up this beater Bianchi Grizzly at a garage sale. Through my own tinkering and help from a local bike shop (no shortage of them here in Portland), got it up and running again with a hodgepodge of free parts and used gear. Has been a fun and rewarding build! Hope to have it for many years!

Can I get some help on where to plug in wires on this vacuum?

Took apart this vacuum to clean it up and give to a friend. But didn’t take pictures of the wiring before I took it apart. Anyone able to walk me through where to connect everything?

Edit- model is a Miele Naturell 246i vacuum. Built in 2007. Have searched all over YouTube and the internet with no luck.
