Does r/Philippines generally lean toward one political side?
I notice some political opinions get heavily downvoted even when expressed respectfully.
Is this mainly due to the subreddit’s demographics, or has it become an echo chamber?
Been to Davao City, I now get it why they say it is comparable to singapore. Actually, not on the infrastructure or commercial buildings, it is not comparable to Manila and Cebu.
I think it is because of the discipline of the people there. The streets are clean. People are walking and you would be walking just like you would in BGC. (definitely won't be walking so comfortably in other areas in Metro Manila aside from BGC and Makati)
I think aside from the Political clan that is ruling Davao City, there is really not much to complain about. The traffic isn't as bad as Cebu and Manila as well.
Honestly if they keep that discipline and slowly add in more tourist commercial activities (legal ones hehe) they would definitely still be a place people would visit once in a while.
Looking at whether you are Green, Yellow, Pink or Whatever color as long as you are not Die Hard Marcos Fan. Meron bang hindi galit kay PBBM?
