Need help
Hey guys, i really really really need your help, i’m super frustrated . So i used to play genshin since 2021, stopped playing in like 2023-2024, i also topped up around 2021-2022 i don’t exactly remember because it was such a long time ago. I even played recently on my old device ( i don’t have it anymore). And now as i wanted to log in into my account, to play on a new device, i need to go through verification per email address, which i don’t have access to, because it was linked to a phone number, that doesn’t exist anymore (i tried to log in into gmail, but it doesn’t allow me , it just says we cannot help you , just create new account). I first tried to change email address just via website, but in the end it just told me to contact customer service, which i tried ( i literally had to scroll through my photos of genshin, to find smth like UID), they said i need to submit a recovery form, but the questions are so freaking detailed.. l mean okay maybe i could figure out when did i top up according to the photos of new characters i got, but to submit receipts?? from 2021?! i don’t even remember how did i pay.. and the problem is i can’t even submit a form without giving the payments records…The thing is that a phone number linked to my genshin account exists, so i could go through that verification, but the game won’t let me. I’m so sad and desperate, does anyone have any clue how can i regain access to my account ?
