What’s a mistake that ended up teaching you more than any book, class, or tutorial ever did?

Maybe it was frustrating at the time, but looking back, it changed how you do things. What did you learn from it?

Why spanish learning apps feel so childish sometimes ?

Tbh most spanish apps feel like they were made for kids. It’s always “la manzana es roja” or super cartoonish lessons that don’t match what I really need.
I just want something that feels grown up, real phrases, real situations, stuff I can actually say at work, in stores, or with people around me.
Sometimes it feels like learning spanish should be fun, but also practical. Anyone else get tired of apps that teach the basics over and over instead of letting you practice real conversations?

Our onboarding process is becoming impossible to manage

Our company has been growing quickly, which is great but onboarding has become a real problem.

Every new employee needs the same explanations, the same account setup and the same walkthroughs. By the end of the week, I feel like I've repeated myself dozens of times.

I know we need better documentation but I don't want to spend days writing manuals that will soon be outdated.

How are you handling onboarding as your team grows?
