Just got my gyno done yesterday pain wise 3/10 just the garmen is very tight specially when sleeping they have been treating very well as I was anxious at the beginning

Hi guy im finally pulling the trigger I’m scheduled for surgery on August 17 with Dr Ersin Gonullu from clinic wise in turkey! I believe that iam grade 3 gyno I was hoping to get it done without skin removal because I recently lost 100 pounds about 45 kg and I recently did a dexa scan that put me at 22% body fat I’ll get down to 15% eventually and my skin is still very tight no lose skin and iam also 23 years old standing at 6.1(186cm) and weight 188lbs (85kg) this is what the doctor advised

You have a noticeable amount of excess skin. If we perform liposuction alone, the skin will tighten to some extent, but there is a high possibility that some excess skin will remain. With surgical skin removal, the excess skin can be completely removed, leaving no remaining skin excess.
However, if you prefer to avoid surgery, we can also perform liposuction combined with J-Plasma skin tightening. This can improve skin tightening and reduce the likelihood of significant excess skin remaining. However, I would like to be transparent that there is still a possibility that some excess skin may remain even with this combination.
If you would like, you can give your skin a chance to tighten naturally and try liposuction combined with J-Plasma before considering surgical skin removal.
