Need advice on the current job offer for the US BA role
I'm currently residing here in the PH with almost 4 years of experience in different roles in the IT industry. I resigned and have been unemployed for a couple of months right now and yeah , savings are 📉.
I know myself that there's a lot of room for improvement on my end as a BA , for a reason that even though I performed well on my last project and last company, those couple of months of experience are not enough.
Now, I have received an offer of 66.0% of my previous base salary. Checking with the current market demand and the scope of the role, I'm thinking it should be a 98-130% increase from my previous base salary.
I know I badly need a job right now. I do have 2 more technical interviews this week and next week, but this Company A wants me to sign by the end of this week.
My question now is, is it fine to ask if they're open to an increase in the base pay, or should I be thankful and take it as an experience and job change after a couple of years?
