Today is sacred Friday so naturally I would drop this🙃

Just like religions fail to provide evidence for their truth other than their scriptures, I also failed to find high quality picture😂..

#Isl@m oppresses men😭

Do you even know how oppressive it is to be given authority over women🥹? When we are made the guardians of our wives and daughters, when our daughters cannot marry someone without our permission?😭

How oppressive it is when men are given twice the share of their sisters in the inheritance🥲?

How oppressive it is for men to be allowed to marry 4 wives😭?

How oppressive it is for men to be allowed to have sexual relations with their sl@ves😭?

How oppressive it is for men when they are allowed to roam around without covering their hair and body🤧?

How oppressive it is for men when only men are allowed to give divorce🥺?

Why is Islam like this! 😭 so unfair to men😭

They complain when you take any verse out of context but they do the same to this verse..

This line is from surah Mai'da, verse no 32. Whoever saves one life, it is as if he saved the whole mankind, they attribute this verse to the Quran but in reality this is from The Talmud originally and if you read that verse 32 with context you can read that Quran itself says this law was decreed upon children of Israel. This verse gained popularity when it was used in Schindler's list, a movie about a German business man Oskar Schindler(those who know about him know what I am talking about).

Nowdays the Dawah gang and other Muslims in the West keep on flashing this line from the verse everywhere, taking it out of context and claiming that the Quran is peaceful. At the same time they are doing their best to make sure other problematic verses from the Quran are avoided and not noticed by people. They complain that you take those verse out of context but they do it themselves with this one. Cherry picking verses is their old habit anyways.

Ever heard of A gay Caliph?

Historical accounts, including those by renowned chroniclers like Al-Tabari and Al-Suyuti, describe the sixth Abbasid Caliph, Al-Amin (787–813 CE), as having same-sex preferences. He openly preferred male partners, particularly a male slave named Kawthar, and wrote passionate poetry in his honor while neglecting his female concubines and wives.

Btw Al-Amin was the son of Harun-al-rashid, his father is one of the famous Abbasid caliph in the Muslim world and also appears in some stories Of 1001 nights (Arabian nights).

Discussion about Hijab in school/workplace

So in school one of my muslim friend wanted to wear a hijab but our school is a convent school(children from all faith can attend this school and bible studies are only for christian children). So she tried seeking permission from the school office for wearing hijab over the uniform, but they did not allow it as it would violate the dresscode. She told me all of that, at that time I was still muslim so I kind of got angry at the school for doing this to her. You might be thinking this would end here but no. After a year some other girl tried to seek permission and then some others, in the end they all went together and the school granted the permission. Btw this same friend of mine who protested for hijab is okay with talking to boys, she has male friends. I don't understand what is her point of wearing the hijab if she keeps on talking casually and laughing with me and other guys. She is that progressive muslim who is all right with music, movies, friendship with boys, etc. She is also the kind of person who imposes religion on others like she keeps asking me if I prayed the salah this morning or not, did I miss any fast in ramadan or not. It is annoying but I just go along with her as I don't think I should tell her who I am now as her family and my family are friendly, everyone knows each other.

so what is your stand on this? I mean do you think places like schools or offices should allow hijab in the name of freedom of religion? or should they restrict it because school and workplace is a public place and faith should be a private matter in secular countries?
