My friend developed agoraphobia and I don't know how to help her

I have a friend, which i have known for 4 years ever since we were 15, during our last year of school, she developed agoraphobia, and stopped going to school or outside altogether, at first i thought that maybe it was a twmporary thing because she said so, but then school ended, and she still was strongly opposed to going out.

Ever since she stopped going outside, she also stopped meeting with friends altogether, and pretty much everyone stopped talking to her but me, and it has been that way a year and a half since school ended (im 19m and she is 20f now), during which we have only spoken through text almost every day even though we are just a mile away, and i know im wrong for thinking this, but maybe i am feeding into her problem by not doing anything about it.

Lately we have also been seeing some series on the phone, which i initially had no problem at all, but it seems ridiculous to me that we can't watch it on their house, she also doesn't speak at all, so it's pretty much watching a series with someone that isn't engaging with you, so you can't know what they are thinking at all because they are not beside you to see their reactions.

it's not like i haven't tried though, i offered her plans, going to see a movie, go to a cafe, just hang out in the plaza or maybe play something in their house, but it seems that no matter what i do, she just refuses to do anything, and then complains that she isn't doing anything, and then she tells me herself that we should hang out, and i tell her that's great and that she just has to say the word and I'll be there, but then she just straight up ignores me and goes back to their ways

I care about my friend, she's probably one of the most importsnt people in my life, but it just seems that she doesn't want to be helped at all, and it's starting to take a toll on me aswell and I don't know what can i do anymore
