Gassed during lifting

Hi all, I’m trying to keep my workouts close to what I did while preparing for pregnancy (lifting mostly) but I’m so gassed. I’m finding I need an extra minute rest between sets. Im also finding myself nauseous during workouts, which was my first sign I was pregnant. What has everyone else’s experiences been like? I’m pretty sure this is normal but I’m wondering if this is to be expected the whole pregnancy vs a 1st trimester thing.
