So, I am confused with rules (nothing new).

Lets imagine, I have a Hero unit. That Hero have ability, which buffs one of my Soldier unit for the rest of the battle
1)Question: Is Hero dies, does that buff removes from Soldier units?

Now, lets imagine, that this Hero also a Wizard. With the spell, Hero buffs one of my Soldier until the start of my next turn
2)Question: Is Hero dies, does that Spell buff still works on my Soldier?
