My rack mount has fluid leaking from it consistently. The two buttons, to release the pin, to allow it to slide up and down rack lock up all the time. Anyone else experience this and if so have a fix?

Built a cart on castors for my reppins. Bought a synergy post and had a plate welded on said post. Pics are the end result.
