My car was damaged by a drunk driver last week. The automated claims process appears to be broken, and Progressive keeps texting me a broken link. I can't afford a rental, or even to tow my car. I haven't had a way to get to work all week. I'm seeing horrible things about Progressive customer service, and I'm worried I'll lose my job, and won't be able to pay for the car, which I've had for only two months. Any advice?
