Hello!

I am a LMSW considering changing careers. I have a cumm GPA of 2.70 for my undergrad degree in biology. Do I have a chance of getting accepted into a nursing program?

I need help picking an island: Puerto Rico, U. S Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Azores?

I am 27 y/o American female searching for an island to travel to with my 31 y/o American female fiancé. We are looking to travel during the month of September and are interested in exploring (volcanos, mountains, hikes, zip lining, boating), beautiful bodies of water, amazing food, culture, relaxation, and beautiful sites for beautiful pictures.

I’ve been to these places before if this helps describe/compare: Hawaii, Aruba, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Los Cabos

230-11pm emergency department.

What should I expect working this schedule? I just graduated with my MSW last week and received a job offer at a top hospital (I am licensed). I did my internship there for a 9-5 and figured I would love working there but was bummed out once I learned the 230-11pm shift was the only shift they have available at the time. Unless they are lying to me and just making me work my way up? Idk. I’m hoping I can switch shifts once one becomes available. Anyone with experience working this schedule as an ED social worker? I have a fiancé and two dogs also! I wish I could share the pay but I know my post will get flagged.

WWYD? Is this a pitiful position as a new grad? 27 y/o
