My LOQ suddenly became laggy, pages are loading slowly, applications also run very slow in comparison to the past, what might be causing that? storage is fine, i didn’t install anything, how to fix that?

i got my bracelet few day ago with 3 charms! how do i properly care for my bracelet? what are your tips in general?
