Help interpreting deity signs

Not sure if I am reading into things too much or not. Would love some help deciphering this.

I woke up in the middle of the night a few nights ago and saw a dark but covered womans head next to my bed, it was a side profile and looked to be facing my alter space, which is on top of my chest of draws inside my cupboard . it was there for a second or two then vanished. I do lucid dream and can often wake up seeing shadows or spiders crawling for a few seconds, then it's gone. I haven't had any other specific signs that I can think of and am a new witch. My alter only has a horse statue, my money bowl and a few candles on it so far (working on it).

I only recently started reaching out to Epona, I think she sends me energy when I'm around horses. I was thinking that I was getting anxious around them, which was odd and I thought to myself why am I all of a sudden anxious. Today I had a realisation that its a similar feeling I get when im about to do spellwork, I get the jitters internally, kind of a fluttering in my chest which I think is my energy. So possibly Epona is with me when I am with horses? What should I do with that energy? I kind of thought about maybe sending the energy to the horse?

I was going to reach out to freya. I am at.a change in my life, embracing my spirituality and witchy side, and trying to move towards lmy goal of a better work/life balance, having a property with my own horses (I currently ride and spend time with a friends horse). I also thought Freya because from my reading she is more gentle compared to others like Lilith, Hecate and The Morrigan. Im scared of tough love. Ive been drawn to transformation stones too, moonstone and laboradite, then just today purchased malachite and authentic moldevite.

I dont think the image I saw the other night was Epona or Freya, she seemed dark. Then before my last sleep, I spoke my intentions out loud, askimg for comformation from Epona if she is with me while I am with horses, and if what I saw the othernight was.some9me trying to reach out, and if so can they send more direct mesaages because I am new and confused. Then during my nap/dozing (I had my eyes closed, but I don't think I was completely asleep. Lately I've been in this relaxed state, but my thoughts keep going around, but I am still aware? This time I saw a brown door, it was closed. Again just a 1 second image then gone.

I have also noticed that when I think about doing a spell or thinking abouta deity, even before actually starting spellwork or not even trying to speak directly to a deity, that jittery feeling can also happen in the back of my throat.

I also had an extremely vivid, lucid dream last week, and this image flashed when I asked someone the date and time in the dream. The white symbols weren't these specifically, again it was a 1 second flash, but they were white, intricate, and inside the.middle of the grid which was lighter purple.on the inside and darker for the grid.

I have been doing daily protection incantations as I am getting ready, usually I say I call on the powers of protection, the past few days I have called on Epona. I have also asked her for guidance and support to deepen my connection with horses, protection with riding, and help guide me to my heart horse. I have also been speaking about the cruelty in our country towards horses and made a donation to a horse rescue last week as an offering to Epona

My questions

1. Could Epona be with me?

2. Is it possibly another deity, not Freya has reached out. From my reading, maybe Hecate?

3. The jitters and throat feeling, is that me raising energy?

4. Is what I have been offering out to or trying to do with Epona correct

5. I am interested in runes as well, is that a way to try and communicate directly with them?

6. I have tried so hard to find anything about a purple.grid like this with white intricate symbols inside, and have absolutely no idea what it means?
