Hi i am trying to help my mom to transfer her account from Scotia iTrade but the process is taking too long due to Scotia being too strict.

Scotia wanted a wet signature so i had to print and my mom signed this document. I uploaded on Questrade and the status says the document is accepted a week ago, but i do not see any progression.

I checked her progression steps, but it is still at the same step but i see the wet signature document status states it is accepted.

Do we still wait?
