I feel a pulling/blowing sensation only in this area.

It does not hurt and I feel it only in this area (picture jn comments). Has anyone with gastritis had that?
The bend of the colon, which is on the left side of my body. (It doesnt allow to add the picture)

Feeling full all day but I want to eat food

I was diagnosed with gastritis and I am on ppis currently. I got on a strict diet few days ago and the symptoms I feel at the moment is fullnes or sensation of stone being in my stomach all day long and hurting throat in the mornings. I mainly eat boiled chicken and veggies, rice or buckwheat crisps, boiled rice or crushed corn porridge, bananas.
And I do feel full all the time but I want to eat something all the time. I guess that works psychologically.
Anything I can add to my healing process? Thanks.

Can someone explain how some goats produce milk and others not?

I would love to know how do I know, if my goat will have milk (for me to drink) or not. (I don’t have goats) Do all goats give milk? When they give milk? I am totally green in this so yeah.
