Feedback on a quiet luxury faith-based streetwear tee — premium or too much?
I’m developing a men’s clothing brand. The direction is quiet luxury / premium streetwear with subtle faith-based meaning, not obvious Christian graphics.
This is a second design I’m considering for the first collection.
The concept is inspired by 2 Corinthians 4:16:
“Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.”
The idea is mortality → renewal. The withering leaves represent the temporary body, while the new growth represents inner renewal.
I’m trying to avoid the usual Christian apparel look — no giant crosses, praying hands, cheesy slogans, etc.
I’d appreciate honest critique:
Does this look premium, or like typical merch?
Does the design communicate renewal, or just look like a floral graphic?
Is the back too busy?
Would you actually wear this?
What would you change if this were your brand?
Please be brutally honest. I’m looking for criticism, not compliments.
